Types of Therapy

There are many different types of therapy, and I will tailor your course of treatment specifically for you. I believe that counseling should have a meaningful and measurable impact on your life. For this reason, I prefer to use therapies that have been shown by research to be effective. Here are a few of the types of therapy that I may use depending on your needs and preferences:
